Refund policy
Paddle is the merchant of record for InboxFlick Pro. Refund requests are handled under Paddle's current policy and applicable consumer law.
Create an addressRequesting a refund
Use the receipt or Manage Subscription link provided by Paddle, or visit paddle.net to submit a request. Paddle may review requests made within 14 days of a transaction on a case-by-case basis; a request does not guarantee a refund unless applicable law requires one.
Cancellation is different from a refund
You can cancel through the billing portal to stop future renewals. The effective date shown in the portal controls access through the current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically refund charges already paid.
What happens after a refund
When Paddle refunds a Pro charge and the subscription becomes inactive, Pro access ends. Permanent and custom inboxes, their messages, and ownership records are permanently deleted, their addresses are released, and they cannot be recovered.
Problems, rights, and support
For technical non-delivery or an incorrect charge, contact [email protected] and Paddle with the transaction details, but never send mailbox access credentials or message contents. Paddle processes refunds. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights; Paddle's current refund policy governs payment refunds.
